Delivery Terms:

We endeavour to send out all orders as soon as possible after receiving the order. Typically despatch of items held in stock takes place within 48 hours. If items ordered are not held in stock – e.g. photographs which are hand printed will usually be done to order and the customer will be informed individually of delivery timing. Artist’s originals are very often kept in the artist’s own inventory and once again individual delivery timings may apply. The prices show on the site include next day courier delivery to the mainland UK. If placing an order from outlying regions or outside the UK then different rates will apply for deliveries, we will inform you of delivery price options.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due in advance on all orders either by cheque, debit card or credit card.

Returns policy:

Your right to change your mind:

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us you can send the product back to us and can expect a refund.
We ask that customers exercising this right to change their mind only return goods if they are in their original condition i.e. undamaged and mint condition with all paperwork and in the original packaging. Please read the notes below for how to return any goods to Picturevisions.

How to return your goods:

In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product please follow these guidelines. The guidelines are there to make the returns process straightforward.
1. The goods should be returned within 7 working days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed with Picturevisions) in mint condition and in original packaging with all original documentation and paperwork.
2. We need your name, address, invoice no. and reason for returning the item in writing.
3. Goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused during return transit. Note: Goods remain the responsibility of the Customer until Picturevisions receives them. For example please ensure that any sharp corners are packed in sufficient wrapping and ensure that any glass is well covered to prevent breakage etc. Please also be aware that on high value items that Picturevisions advise you to take out additional insurance in case of loss or damage. No refund will be given if returned goods are received in a damaged state.
4. Please note that all goods returned are liable to a restocking charge of 20% and that postage and packaging or any delivery charges incurred are not refundable other than through a Picturevisions company error.

Damaged goods:

If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged please notify our office immediately as we wish to maintain the highest levels of customer service. Please do not use or display the damaged product in any way and retain the damaged packaging and all paperwork related to the product.

Privacy policy and security:

The confidentiality and security of your personal information is of paramount importance to Picturevisions. We respect your privacy. This is why we have taken the time to disclose our information collection practices and our privacy policy.
We only use the information you give us to process your order and provide a quick and convenient service to you in the future. Orders taken over the phone or by post are processed by Staff at Picturevisions. Records are kept. Please do not email orders along with your credit card information to us as this is not considered to be secure enough. Credit card transactions are processed using our online store. These details are processed by Worldpay and are not held by Picturevisions.

How can you see that our website is secure?

– By default most browsers put up an alert window advising you that you are about to enter a secure site. – A closed padlock symbol will appear in the status bar of your browser. – The web address in the address bar will commence with https:// instead of http:// The additional 's' signifies secure.

Use of Cookies:

Picturevisions uses "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that most major Web sites write to your hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit them. Without cookies, websites and their servers have no memory. A cookie, like a key, enables swift passage from one place to the next. Without a cookie every time you open a new web page the server where that page is stored will treat you like a completely new visitor.

Picturevisions does not use information transferred through cookies for any promotional or marketing purposes, nor is that information shared with any third parties whatsoever.

Who has access to the information we collect?:

We do not sell mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals, unless it is to comply with legal requirements.
